🎯
Step 1

Pick a Cause

Children choose a local cause that matters to them the animal shelter, food bank, library, environment, and more.

🎬

Become a Game Director

Every child becomes the Director of their own game designing the hero, world, and mechanics with AI as their co-pilot.

🔬
Step 3

Play, Test & Improve

Children play their game live on screen, give feedback like real QA testers, and iterate until it feels right.

🚀
Step 4

Ship It

Their game goes live on givebounty.org. Every time someone earns a GiveBounty, it unlocks a real donation for their cause.

Every skill here maps to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for Technology Applications, the standards Texas schools are required to teach in grades K-8. One afternoon covers all five strands, from computational thinking to digital citizenship.

Standards-aligned. Zero prep. One real afternoon.

GiveBounty Games is built to drop into the school day. Children direct and ship their own games while practicing the exact skills the state already asks you to teach, and they walk out with something real to show for it.

📐Mapped to the TEKS

Every season aligns to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills for Technology Applications, touching all five strands in a single afternoon. Built-in evidence for your enrichment curriculum.

💻We bring the laptops

We provide and bring the devices, so your school needs nothing but internet and space. No equipment to buy, no software to install, no coding. A facilitator leads the room with a step-by-step playbook.

🚀Every child ships something real

Each student leaves with a published game at a live URL and a certificate of completion. A finished, playable artifact, not a worksheet.

🗓️Built for your setting

Designed for ages 8 to 11. Works as a library program, in-class enrichment, an after-school club, or a one-day event. We bring the structure, you bring the room.

Bring GiveBounty Games to your school. Tell us your grade levels and setting, and we will put together a season that fits.

Make a season possible for local children.

One sponsorship of $1,500 funds an entire season. A season brings together up to ten children, and your support covers each child's tuition, a custom take-home shirt with your logo, and their place in the room, so their families pay nothing. Put simply, the season does not happen without you.

What's a GiveBounty? ✨

A GiveBounty is a bounty you give. Earn one by playing a child-made game and a slice of the pool is pledged to that game's cause. Every game ships with two GiveBounties built in, so every play moves real money toward a real cause.

💰
Everyone funds the poolLocal businesses, families, and community members contribute to the season pool. Every dollar is committed to local charities before the season starts.
🎮
Every GiveBounty is a pledgePlay a child-made game and earn its two GiveBounties. Each one pledges a portion of the pool to that game's cause.
❤️
The season settles by one ruleAt season close the pledges pay out: 70% of the pool splits equally across every cause, so none leaves empty, and the remaining 30% goes to the cause whose games earned the most GiveBounties.
Every dollar reaches a cause100% of the pool goes to the chosen charities. GiveBounty Games covers its own costs through program fees and direct support, and never takes a cut from the pool. Part of every program fee also goes straight into the pool.

Your child could direct a game that earns these.

Every GiveBounty they build into their game is a milestone someone else unlocks. The more people play, the more your community gives.

Why give to the season pool?

When you put money in the pool, you back the pledges children earn through play. At season close, 70% reaches every cause equally and 30% goes to the cause GiveBounties favored most. You are not just donating, you are letting the community decide where the extra support lands, one play session at a time. Part of every program fee also goes directly into the pool.

We deliberately choose hyper-local organizations that don't have national marketing budgets or celebrity donors. A child's game might be the most attention they get all year.

Support GiveBounty Games

Families pay to participate, but running the program still costs money: technology, tools, materials, and the work of making every season great. Direct support helps us keep doing it.

Every dollar supports the program directly. None of it touches the season pool.
